We, the department of Social and Cultural Anthropology, Social Anthropology, Anthropology in Africa and Epistemologies of the Global South, join the DGSKA's, the Cluster Africa Multiple's, and EASA's statements on condemning the Russian war against Ukraine. We urge the European Union and the German government to equally help everyone affected by war.

At the same time, we support the courageous protest of Russian anthropologists against the Russian government (petition here).
